DDR, Inc. provides an array of long and short-term options for adults and children with disabilities.
We select caring, qualified care providers within the community. Our care providers are
carefully screened and have obtained the proper training to provide the highest quailty services
for the people we serve. We give families choices of well educated and trained care providers
located in Charlotte and the surrounding areas.
Our DDR office staff of 27 has over 150 years of combined experience as Care Providers,
Qualified Professionals, Case Managers, RN's, and Professionals serving the populations of developmental
disabilities and mental illness. Currently, DDR serves over 400 people through the services we provide.

DDR is proud to announce the beginning of Personal Outcome Measure interviews. This process is based on our accrediting body, the Council on Quality and Leadership’s (CQL) Personal Outcome Measures (POM) which focuses on the choices people have in their lives. It is a powerful tool for evaluating personal quality of life and the degree to which DDR will assist with the individualized supports.

Self-Advocates of Mecklenburg County would like to invite you to their monthly meetings. Self advocates of Mecklenburg County believes that all people have the right to live as independently as possible. The group would like to educate the community about the needs of individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges; change attitudes; and pursue things that interest the group.
