DDR provides the required training outlined by the state in our main office. All of the required trainings must be completed before a care provider can begin working with anyone and only approved care providers may sign up to receive training.

Please review the information below to sign up for trainings.

**Only care providers who have completed the application process and provide services to one or more of the people we serve may sign up for training.

Training Information and Schedule

Current care providers must update the following trainings as indicated:

All care providers must complete trainings and recertifications / retraining before they can begin providing services or continue providing services.

Recertifications in Core, Medication, and NCI will be available every Thursday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Please sign up for the date, time, and classes that you would like to be recertified in by calling Devon Smith or Luis Hernandez.

Please keep in mind that training sign up is a first come first serve basis.
If the capacity for the training has been reached, you must sign up for the next available training.
